The Future of Buildings, Transportation, and Power by Roger Duncan and Michael E. Webber is to simple put it about a varies different things but with the focus on buildings, transportation, and power. They placed each one in its own section of the book and kept up a good flow as they moved into the history and then the future of each one. The background information added to each thing to make sure the reader knows and understand where they are coming from. In turn on how the authors expects things to turn out. Duncan and webber added are how covid 19 affected the future plans and remain positive as to what are the plans to improving things are

This book is easy to read for readers who do not follow the most technology advanced buildings, transportation and power. Duncan and Webber took the time to break things down and then build them up to have a better understanding of things as they moved farther into things. The first thing that is covered is boat technology, Duncan and Webber included a overview history and then added in how it moves into the future. Over the centuries it improved to the point on how this relates to other things.

There is on negative point I found while some of the information was a little disappointing but it is still solid data on what to understand. One of the disappointing things are on solar power and what people can understand in regards to it making a building run solely on it. What they said are for some buildings it can be done but there are certain times of building that will not be able to run on it. This is a common theme, they took what most people believed it to be about and then showed if it can or can not.

I rate this book as 4 out of 4. There is next to no errors that I found. The paragraphs have a good flow and each of the section is placed to keep up the flow. Duncan and Webber stated that they spent a long time on this book and it really shows within the pages. This book I would recommend to people who are curious about this stuff. One does not need to have study or keep up with process to understand it. Duncan and Webber made sure of that by all the information they included.
