Leadership: The Art of Inspiring People to Be Their Best by Craig B Welden is a non-fiction book about the necessary skills and techniques to be a good leader. This book was amazingly informative, and the author gave multiple helpful points about what makes a good leader. Welden offers a lot in his book, and it definitely was an engaging and exciting read.

There were many positive aspects of this book that I really liked. The first aspect was that the points were structured very well. The book generally had a main point per chapter, and then sub points related to that point within the chapter itself. The sub points within each chapter were also of a different color and size from the rest of the text, which made it easy to differentiate and categorize the points in my mind. Furthermore, there were also short snippets of text that were quoted and mixed in with the main paragraphs. These snippets usually highlighted the main points of the paragraph, and helped me to consolidate my learning points from the book. All of these made the book fun to read and made it easier to see the points brought out by the author.

The second aspect of the book which I liked was the pictures that the author put in. These pictures really helped to complement whatever the author was talking about in the body of text above or below the picture. Not only did these pictures complement the paragraph of text, they also showed the life of the author, and gave a really personal touch to the book. This made the book much more engaging.

As for the negative aspects, I felt that among the many experiences that the author shared, some of them were too in-depth, such that readers might forget what the main point of the example was. This often disrupted my train of thought.

I would rate this book 4 out of 4 stars , because the book was truly well edited, and the content was engaging and well organized. I would recommend this book to people who are interested in self-improvement, and to those who hope to grow to be a good leader. This was really a good read, and I especially liked the personal touch that the author gave by sharing his own experiences and photos. I hope that anyone who reads this book will find it as interesting and informative as I did.
