You're right! I found this inspiring as well. We are already clean eaters and vegetarian, but this book was a must-read for anyone who is not. It is all in plain English without too much jargon to lose the audience's attention. It is a great read for all parents!

Before reading this book, I had already begun eating better, but I was not a clean eater. Now I am super conscious of what I am eating at all times! I now only purchase organic lunch meats. They can be found at Wegman's deli section. I have always liked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, but now I only purchase the organic ones. Someday, I may become a vegetarian, however, I don't know that I could give up fish, and shrimp. I have cut back tremendously on frozen entrees!
