Official Review: Hello God Where Are You

[Following is an official OnlineBookClub.org review of "Hello God Where Are You" by Sherryann Philogene.]
Hello, God, Where are you? by Sherryann Philogene is an autobiographical account of the author's spiritual journey towards finding God, and the lessons she learnt along the way.
I loved the cover of this book; the illustration is so calming and beautiful. The topics are insightful, and the author's intention of enlightening her readers through her experiences is commendable.
Sherryann does not wish to change your religion, nor does she force her choices on the readers. Rather, she tries to convince everyone, whether atheists or believers, that the only way forward for humanity as a whole is to be better humans. She touches on topics like the power of affirmations, the importance of being the best versions of ourselves and how to achieve that, why we should not look for God in external things like Churches, and why we should not see calamities and personal misfortunes as the proof of His absence.
One of my favorite quotes from this book is, "We have been conditioned to believe that we have to go through hard times. Our God is a God of abundance. When we see ourselves in abundance then our perception changes, our lives change."
However, as you can see from this quote, there are numerous grammatical and typographical errors in this book. Commas are habitually missing, and in various places, semi-colons have been placed wrongly. Tenses are often incorrect. Moreover, the language of the book is that of spoken English and therefore comes across as a badly written lecture or sermon rather than a self-help book.
I give Hello, God, Where are you? 2 out of 4 stars. The book has not been edited, or even proofread, and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially people like me who are bothered by punctuation errors. Also, if you are devout in your religion, some of the author's ideas might be offensive to you. The only reason I'm not giving only 1 star to this book is that it managed to add to my own spiritual growth, since a few ideas resonated with me and made me think.

it's a nice book, finding God is the sweetest thing ever and the best journey so far, kudos to the author she did a nice work
