[Following is an official OnlineBookClub.org review of "The Unfakeable Code®" by Tony Jeton Selimi.]
Created from a combination of decades of research in fields like philosophy, metaphysics, biology, theology, mathematics, and engineering, Tony Jeton Selimi's The Unfakeable Code® presents a detailed guide to discovering your authentic self and living your best life. A lot of us have problems with low-level thinking, masks that develop our transient one-sided personas, and harmonizing our inner demons and angels. However, as the book title suggests, we are introduced to five "mind-upgrading, life-enhancing, and business-transforming" principles (from unmasking and knowing our true selves to gaining a deep understanding of love).
I have to say that I found this guide helpful in many ways, especially developing a deeper awareness of myself. Showing similarities between the code of the human mind and the code of a computer program, including the need to constantly upgrade this code, the author opts for a logical approach, presenting readers with his lessons through numerous instances they can easily relate to. From the different ways we engage in self-deceit to people-pleasing, Tony Jeton Selimi covers a lot of what it means to live a fake life with our masks while even employing his personal stories and experiences with his clients to illustrate what it means to finally come into your authentic self.
I was also drawn to how the author consistently encouraged viewing yourself and others from a non-judgmental perspective. He acknowledges that you are not perfect and consist of good and evil, but it is important to find a balance. You are you, and the results from applying these principles are unique to you. The lessons are practicable, with exercises that involve deep thinking and thorough practice included at the end of each principle, and they can be applied by different kinds of people in different fields.
I encountered two negatives while reading, however. Firstly, the author gets a bit repetitive in his message at times, especially in telling us about how the book is beneficial in improving our level of thinking. I would have appreciated him quickly going into showing us the five principles and their applications rather than continuously stating that they are effective. I could easily overlook this, but the number of errors I found while reading were very distracting and indicated that the book was not professionally edited.
Overall, The Unfakeable Code® is a unique, highly beneficial guide that will help a lot of readers on their journey towards personal and professional development. Readers can also look forward to the ten Behavioural Change Principles® (BCP®) included, which will serve to change their mentalities. Applying the lessons requires a lot of effort on the reader's part, however. Therefore, if you are willing to put in the work and are interested in self-development and becoming one with your unfakeable self, then you will massively benefit from the contents of this book. I rate this guide 3 out of 4 stars, with the errors I found preventing me from awarding the maximum rating.
