The book No Regrets by Rayna Neises is a non-fiction book. The author buried her aged father, who came down with Alzheimer many years after her mother died of the same disease, with no regrets. She had no regrets because she gave him the best form of care in his last years. She created fun memories with him and provided him with adequate care when he couldn't carry on his usual daily activities due to old age and the ailment.

In the book, the author shared experiences from her years as her father's caregiver. Through those experiences, she prepares the reader for his caregiving season by sharing invaluable information about what he should expect at that stage and how to handle everything it will come with. She extensively explained the emotions the caregiver would most likely feel at that stage of life. She also shared principles that will help him navigate those emotions and come out of that season with no regrets. To find out about how to successfully go through the caregiving phase of life and create beautiful memories with your aged or ailing parents, you have to read through the pages of this book.

I love that the author used her own story to teach and encourage the reader. I found most of the information shared by the author to be factual because they are from her experiences with caring for her father for an extended period of four and half years. The book contains invaluable information on the best mindset and the best attitude to adopt while caring for an ailing parent. The principles contained in the book were not complex. I love that the author made it easy for the reader to comprehend.

The one thing I didn't quite appreciate about the book was the repetition of some information by the author. I guess that was for the sake of emphasis. Aside from that, the book was a great read.

I found a few errors in the book, but they were not enough to take anything away from my enjoyment of the book. It was great to learn from the author's wealth of experience on the topic. Consequently, I rate the book 4 out of 4 stars. I didn't give this book a lower rating because I learnt a whole lot about caregiving from it.

I recommend this book to everyone looking to learn ways to give the best care to their ailing parents and live with no regrets when they are gone. All they need to know is contained in this book.

While people of other religions can glean many helpful messages from this book, it is best suited for Christians readers. The author made reference to some verses of the Bible in the book. She also wrote about God's roles in her life all through the time her father was sick.

It's good to have a loving father. And I'm sure that the author's father loved her too much. And that's why she reciprocated the love she recieves, and now she can live with no regrets.

The book is excellent in approaching and caring for people with dementia. It is extremely difficult to take care of a person with these difficulties..

Wow, I have never come across this type of book. Maybe that's because I haven't searched for them. No one want a life with regrets, especially if the regret is for not caring your loved ones well. I hope the book will help everyone in taking care of their loved ones. Thanks for the review.
