Selling With Presence by Reggie Pearse is a book that tackles the emerging and yet contentious topic of whether the sales profession is adaptable to the changes of the 21st century. " Presence over process" is the main theme of the book. Reggie argues that in this fast-paced business world we live in today, the traditional methods of selling are fast becoming obsolete. This is attributed to the fact that consumers have alot of information at their disposal, which has made purchasing decisions easier than before. Hence, sales people are obliged to tune and adjust tactics to buyers' utmost needs. How do you connect and tune to the buyer's needs? Why is it vital develop qualilites of selling with presence? What are the skills necessary to integrate process and presence into selling better? How do you craft your personal brand? How does one craft a quality social media presence? Grab yourself a copy of the book to find out.

The book has alot of positive aspects into it. For instance,in each topic, the author begins by explaining what he will be tackling just to keep the reader in check. Reggie gives detailed charts that aid in even more detailed comprehension. The book also serves as a personal development book, where one of its chapters deals exclusively with discovering yourself as you build a personal brand. This was quite handy to me, the reader.

I found no negative aspects about the book since the author presents the topics in logical order. Therefore, I give the rating of 4 out of 4 stars to the book.

This book is recommended to those individuals in the sales world who feel stuck and need need to keep abreast. It is also a must-read for anyone who would like to hone their skills in selling.
