Wallace Wattle, ah what an inspirational man. Every book thats got anything to do with being rich since Wattles book, "The Science of Getting Rich" refers back to him. Every book that is ever to come about getting rich will probably reference him.
With so much to offer in such a limited amount of words, Wattles work is truly worth reading if you want to change your mentality in regards to getting rich.

In the opening chapter, titled "The right to be rich", Wattles goes over how it is super imperative that we all become wealthy. The key point that stuck most with me is his mention of God and the Universe and how it is the expectation of God for us to become rich as individuals. Summarizing the pivotal detail, and the thing that kept me reading through the entirety of the book was Wattles explanation that we are able to do more if we have more. It is a lie to believe that money is the root of all evil when so much can be done with money and abundance.

In the later parts of his book Wattles goes into great detail about co-operation vs. Competition. In all of the books that have followed and cited his work this has been a key-component indicating how to be successful at being rich. We are all more likely to be rich if we negate the mindset that if one person has one thing, we are not also able to possess the same thing or better things. Opportunity is not as often created by competition among fellow men, but instead by collaboration. To be rich it is important to be fair in all dealings with all men.

The third most notably thematic entry in this book would be that it takes gratitude to become rich. Be thankful always for the things you have, the things that are coming. Give thought to today and not tomorrow, and be present in your actions today. Wattles science system includes negating any thoughts of things that may happen tomorrow and things that did happen yesterday. To be abundant in the present moment we must be grateful and that is a part of the science behind getting rich.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in changing their mindset to become wealthy.
I think this is a book i will re-read in the future (not something i do often given how many great stories, and authors, and authentic experiences are out there) and keep applying all things i may have missed in the first go around until i do look around one day and realize i am rich and i have made it. I encourage anyone to pick up this book who is looking to increase their lot in life.

Wealth, Health, Love,
JessiAnne

This sounds like and interesting read. I'm sure I wouldn't agree with the author about everything, but I like a book that makes me think so I think that I will check it out.
