An excellent review. It highlights both the positive and negative aspects according to the reviewer, but even with the negative, the reviewer justifies the rating given quite objectively. Good work.

What an interesting review. I have never really thought much about emotional intelligence. I never even knew there was such a thing but this is an eye-opener. I'll be sure to read this book soon.

From the sample of the book I have gone through it seems to be a guide book explaining and teaching the readers about the emotional intelligence and how to use it constructively in one's work place. The review has also brought out the salient features of the book nicely. Thanks for an excellent review.

In this book, the authors guide their readers on how to identify their emotional needs at their workplace. The book compels the reader to see business growth and development from a different vantage point.
The review is superb.

Emotional Intelligence is a must have for every individual. Personally, I think IQ and EQ are just on the same scale. Your review is very animated. In as much as I prefer fictions, it wouldn't be bad to try out this book . Congratulations on BOTD

I like the approach in which readers need to identify their emotional needs in the work environment. It is commendable that the balance between work and private life is important.

I first became aware of EQ when I was an office desk jockey and fell in love with the concept. Those office days are over, but I heartily recommend this book to anyone still working to maneuver through the tempest of career challenges. Congrats to the authors on receiving BOTD honors.

With saying that humans are not only logical but also emotional being, I totally agree that the need for a balanced ratio of both IQ and EQ cuts across all levels of human relations, be it in business or any other feilds . I like tha fact that the book explained how emotional intelligence promotes better relationship among co-workers. I think the book will make a great read for me. Thanks for your review.

Emotions in the work place are at the core of business decision making. Very few texts on handling of these emotions are, however, available. This is a welcome addition.

Although called different names, EQ and IQ have always played a big role in the business field. Although low IQ is often discovered during the hiring process, lower EQ is often found after the hiring process. Thank you for your review.

I am sorry to say, but I always do my best to avoid this type if non-fiction books. Not just because they bore me, but mostly due my belief that it is impossible to teach person to become successful with the help of such guides. Apologies, I will have to pass it and still congrats on BOTD!
