This is an interesting book I believe every individual should read. There is so much to learn. Emotional intelligence is one of the skills a lot of us lack and need on a daily basis. Looking forward to learning more.

What an educative book! Emotional intelligence is an attribute every employee should have, because when emotions not handled properly, it can affect our productivity in the workplace.

It seems this read could be very helpful; the author talks about EQ (emotional quotient), though, generally the people are more inclined towards IQ. One important aspect of this read would be the discussion around making valuable business negotiations with a good EQ. Thank you for this nice review!

Finally, a book that would be useful in helping a professional navigate the work-life balance. Emotional intelligence is as much, if not more, important than intelligence quotient. Thank you for the analysis!

This is the first time I've seen someone discuss the role of emotional intelligence at work. I'm both incredibly curious and reluctant (Emotions aren't exactly something people in business are open about.) It's also interesting that the reviewer pointed out the lack of references to scientific proof— I wish I could see those too.

After reading the preview of this book and this review, I would say I have some major thinking to do. Seeing how we can improve ourselves and business really changes my perspective. I am looking forward to reading this book in its entirety soon.

One needs to learn how to react and behave in a work environment and everywhere else. The book is for a large audience. Regardless of where you find yourself. Emotional intelligence is important. Thanks for the review.
