The ultimate love written by Sherine Anniruth is about her journey through loss, pain and grief towards hope and healing. This is a non-fiction book written for those who have lost a loved one. Sherine Anniruth lost her son and she compared the pain of her loss with a stab in the chest. She is a bereaved parent who once wondered if there's a term that could define her situation. But eventually, she understood that losing a child is the worst thing in the world and no word can define it. What stuck in my mind from the book was the words she wrote " Grief if it doesn't kill you, makes a new person out of you. " her statement proves that you can get through this tunnel as well, just as she did. As she states that every human being has a different experience. It's just for hope and healing you need to accept that you need support, the counselling.

This book is a ray of hope in the darkness of sorrow. She hopes to help you through her writing just as it helped her. It takes strength to write a book about your grief and the journey u took from the day of your loss and suffering to the day when you are ready to help those, who are suffering. It was a book which can be read by anyone even with a basic knowledge of the English language. It was easy to read and understandable. There was a plus point about this book that made the reading more connected were the quotes in between the chapters. My favourite quote was the first one. "From the outside looking in, you can never understand and from the inside looking out you can never explain."

She says to love yourself till the time you die. She found peace in nature. This brings the memory of my loss. When I watch or feel that I am being watched by my grandfather with whom I was so connected that his memories still bring tears to my eyes. I feel that his eyes are in the sky and he watches me all the time. I named my son after him. This book made me go through that journey again but it was less painful this time.

When you finish reading this book u will be healed. You will learn to manage time better now. You will understand your worth. You will believe that you have given the time of your grief to your loved ones and now they want you to be happy. I feel healed now.

It was beautifully written and edited. There is nothing in as such I didn't like about this book except a handful of nearly invisible errors. I will give this book 4 out of 4 stars for sharing your journey so beautifully. You are a strong woman. I would recommend this book to those who are suffering from loss especially this book should be added to the shelves of old age homes, hospitals and orphanages.
