Title: The Ultimate Love
Author: Sherine Anniruth

The Ultimate Love by Sherine Anniruth is a good non-fiction book about recognizing, identifying, and solving your grief in life.
This book was enjoyable because the author also gives and explains her life story about the pain and the emotions that she feels, especially after the death of her eldest son.

I was feeling so sad from the beginning of the book. The death of the author's eldest son had left a big change in her whole life. There is also a chapter that told us about her life after her son's death and how she really misses her son so much, but as we already know, her son is gone and will never come back. I actually have no words to describe it, because the entire book was so heart-broken.

In the 4th chapter, the author explains how she heals (step-by-steps) from the pain of remembering that her loved one had died at a young age. She always encourages us not to be despair with life even though we face the hardest problem in our life.

The author invites us to explore the phases of healing and always being grateful for all the pleasure things that come into our life. To seek out the small positive things that are given to us every single day.

Also, Sherine Anniruth shares some questions that we can ask ourselves in order to know what emotions we feel and how to cope with it.

The chapter was not so long, so anyone who hated reading a chapter with a lot of pages probably would enjoy this book so much. I really enjoy reading this book, but it took me a while just to understand it. It's not because the words aren't understandable, but I don't want to skip the beautiful messages so quickly. I adore how the author accepts that painful reality and instils hope in her life.

However, I found a typo in the book. But, it is obviously not a big deal and it didn't ruin the sentence.

After reading the entire book, I had decided to rate this book 4 out of 4 stars, because the moral messages that the author wants to say to the reader were well-accepted and the words that she used are also quite easy to understand.

Last, but not least. I would say that this book is suitable for everyone, but I genuinely recommend it to those who are struggling to deal with grievances and looking for advice about coping with grief.
