Review: Paleo Diet: The Healthy Cavegirl by Lyla Johnson

Post by chstress »

I am a firm believer in the Paleo Diet; and yes, maintaining my fitness, and being a mother and grandmother is sometimes tough and harrowing for me anyway. Yet, this diet has turned my head in the right direction. I adopted a little of the Paleo way of eating after reading Lyla Johnsons's book; and now I look and feel better furthermore; I know now that I am setting a good example for my family. We all know that the worth of a book is measured by what we can carry away from it; well the " Paleo Diet:..." by Johnson has wonderful value and is far reaching for the knowledge that it offers; and I am carrying away a plethora of tips and tricks. The "Paleo Diet...." has changed the way I now look at diet and nutrition. Johnson has taken a unique approach to health and lifestyle that I am sure will help countless people as it has me. I admire what she has accomplished and if she can lose 150 pounds I can do it too.
