Review: How Catalina Lost 187 Lbs by Hellen Soriano

Post by chstress »

This book is entertaining yet a very personal journey to lose weight. I absolutely love this book. I have been struggling with my weight since my childhood; and then when my babies arrived one after the other I put on even more baby weight. But many years later I still am carrying around what I thought was extra baby weight. None of my clothes fit and I was so exhausted from chasing after my toddlers that I became lazy, hence more weight was added. I have prayed long and hard for a solution. I think I may have found my answer in Hellen Soriano’s book. This book is amazing. I felt like I’m in the weight loss (or gaining) journey all by myself. Nobody knew my pain and suffering like I do. But this story tells me that there are people out there like me. Catalina has lived my story. It makes me want to finish my story like hers. I would recommend this book to anyone that is looking to change their lifestyle and lose some weight.
