Review of The Ultimate Love
{following is an official OnlineBookClub.org review of “The Ultimate Love” by Sherine Anniruth.}
How do you move on after the loss of a loved one? To what extent are you willing to go in order to move on with life even after a painful loss or heartbreak? Sherine Anniruth, in her book, The Ultimate Love, shares her journey of grief after the loss of a loved one.
The book Centers on a recovery journey and how to cope with grief in order to achieve physical and mental wellness for your sake and those around you. The author discussed keeping the memory of your loved one alive, Journaling, looking out for signs, talking to other people about your journey among many others. She also emphasized on how to keep the memory of your loved one alive and ensure they are not forgotten as well as how everybody’s journey in the wake of grief is different from that of another person(s). The book also gives a sneak peak in to the different ways of dealing with grief as well as the stages of grief so that you are not stuck at the same place.
There are a number of things I loved about the book; the author elaborately shares her journey from the day she lost her loved one, to how the society expects her to deal with the situation. She also shares real life scenarios and solutions to some of the issues that anyone who has experienced grief or a major loss faces. I appreciate how the author uses her real life story to explain her journey in her own point of view which makes the story applicable to our everyday situation. She narrates the story in a way that everyone would be able to relate.
She refers to her own memories and her personal experience in the book. I also love the short quotes and pictorials that she used in the midst of the chapters, they serve as motivation and also offer hope to the people experiencing loss or grief. Her personal experience and her point of view in the book was very effective as it serves as a reflection to anyone experiencing loss and also gives hope to anyone facing the problem.
The book has clearly been a motivation to me and I hope it does the same to other people. There are no mistakes in the grammar which makes it clear that the author had put in much work and effort not only in the writing but also to the publishing as well. The book clearly helps us appreciate our own individual journey while striving into recovery. I therefore rate the book four out of four stars. I recommend the book to anyone seeking healing or anyone who wishes to find meaning in life.
