The book Living Forward after Loss by Kathleen Ho is self-help writing that objective to help persons who lose loved ones for the death, and show they can find some comfort. The author passed through the loss of his life partner, and she suffered a lot. The lessons she learned during the process are being passed as advice for those who need this kind of assistance.

The book is very beautiful since the cover and the language chosen by the writer turns the subject much easier and lighter. The sensibility that the book was made, like the beautiful arrangement, and mostly the way the words are chosen, I mean, the writing style is so soft and comprehensive, and make us feel better and stronger during the lecture. It warms our hearts and we know we are not alone.

I really like the look she puts in the book. She is comprehensive and really puts herself in the place of who is suffering (remind she passed through this). I was really emotional with some phases she used, as like some advice she gives. For example, when she remembers that addictions and self-destructive habits are not the answer. The sun always shines the day after. Can't appear in the moment, but things always get better.

So, this book treats a so hard subject like grief in a light language. The design is suitable for a printed book as an e-book. I didn't have any difficulty reading in my notebook, or on my cellphone. I didn't dislike anything at all. I think all of this is very good and made in a very good way. It was very helpful to me in my life. So, I joyfully rate it as 4 out of 4 stars. This book goes beyond the cliche. The writer puts a piece of her soul on it to achieve the goal to help others, and she did it well.

I could extend this book not only for those who lost people to death, as well all those who lost people in some other way. Someone who has lost, for example, a very important relationship, love or friendship, and others. Should read, also, who loses important things that like much, like a job, a course, or other similar things. In my opinion, all depressed or feeling blue should read this book. It will be very helpful like it was for me.
