This review was exceptional in I know exactly what to expect when I read it. Being a dog lover myself, I’m looking forward to learning about Canyon’s expuwith his many dogs. It will be interesting to see how his relationships with his dogs change throughout his lifetime. This review certainly made me add this book to my “want to read” list.

I am not a dog lover but definitely admire people who show compassion and put in real effort towards them. Although this book isn't for me seems like a good grab for dog lovers.

Am not a pet owner. It is amazing how dogs can be best friends to human beings. It is good that the author uses simple language. Great review

Although I've never had pets in general, I think dogs are wonderful and this review makes the book sound wonderful too. I love books based on such personal stories. Amazing review!

I am a cat lover, and a story revolves about man and their relationship with animals especially pet animals is certainly intriguing and heartwarming -- I can already see the attachment I would feel with this book. Lovely review there.

Wow! That sounds like a book for animal lovers in general and dog lovers specifically. Well, the review is so compelling it make me want to read the book. I always wanted many cats in my house and live a life like that, but circumstances wouldn't allow that. So may be through this book I might imagine living with some!

Bless the hand that cares for the creatures of God. The book appears to be appealing to an animal lover like myself. I admire how ecstatic the owner was each time a dog was born. They are really best friends and fiercely devoted. I always say that if you have never owned a pet, you have never truly experienced love. They are such beautiful souls. But that is merely my opinion. Thank you for your excellent review.

You said it's an easy read, but the problem I'm going to have is remembering all of Canyoyn's dogs :D The reading took me to a cute, emotional movie Hitachi :)

That is a great review, thanks. Reading this book would make me nervous though. I have too strong memories of reading 'Nobody's boy' (alleen op de wereld) by Hector Malot as a small girl. So many tragic deaths :(
