Have you ever experienced abysmal grieve induced by the loss of close relative or you want to have an indepth knowledge of the experience, Ultimate Love by Sherine Anniruth is the book to read

The book was written by a lamenting mother, who lost her first son due to an obscure and enigematic illness. Throughout the book she will be narrating the events leading to the untimely death of her beloved son and the unbearable anguish she experienced after his death. After every chapter I realized how the author suffered from abysmal grieve, especially when she reiterated how she managed to glimpse the final breath of her beloved Nadeem. The author described the lost of a child as most painful than the lost of a close relatives like a father, spouse, mother or son. She also gave a detailed account on how she managed to circumvent the difficult period and cope with conundrum. She explicitly described grief as a process with the following stages denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. These stages also determine the decorum of bereaved relatives and what they experience without exact logical order.

According to the author grief is like a permanent body impairment which you have to learn to live with and cope with. A person must adapt and adjust to the circumstances for life.

This poignant narration of the consequences of death also assist us to perceive the challenges and intricate situation our colleagues who lost their relatives due to COVID-19 are currently facing, and also impart knowledge on how best we should give them the necessary social support as and when it is needed.

Two things l like about this book are that it is educative and gives well elaborated misery impacts of unfathomed depth of grieve.
The author shows that a woman has an everlasting love and caring feelings, to an extent of writing a letter to someone who is not able to physically read it. This demonstrated the everlasting love of a mother for her child. It's true that if you oppress a woman you eliminate love and if you eliminate a woman you destroy the future. The love of a woman can stand the test of time and enable her to even conquer the physical dissipation of the grave.

One thing l didn't like is reiteration of some content by the author which makes the reader lose the link to the topic and the flow of the book for some time.

The book was well edited, although there is repetition of some content I rate it 4 out 4 Stars.

Generally the book can be read by anyone who wants to acquire knowledge about the consequences of enormous grief and how to extricate from that conundrum, but I will recommend those who are grieving and those who offer social services and support to the communities like Social workers, Counselors, Health workers, Psychologists and those who offer humantarian aid to read this book.
