Your review suggests that there's so much to learn from this book. I'm excited to know what's that secret. Great review!

I am glad this book has practical techniques given in it to help overcome addiction. Otherwise, it would be just full of hollow motivational stories. Thanks for the detailed review!

This is a touching book about one woman's journey on the road to recovery. While reading the review, I was saddened by the author's experience right from an early age, and what she went through as an adult. Very emotional and moving.

This book appears to contain a lot of useful knowledge about dealing with addictions. Addictions could come in various forms, eating could be an addiction too, but it doesn't solve the problem. I would love to read this book. Thanks for the review!
