Last Words From Above: Medicine For The Spirit by Jeremy Brown is a book that is filled with different quotes that relate to both our spiritual, physical and social lives.

Inspired by God, Last Words From Above: Medicine For The Spirit contains quotes that can act as guide to a good physical and spiritual growth. This book is the last book in the series as instructed by God. According to the author, this book was written spiritually by God Himself as the author was only but a physical writer who wrote at the utterance of God. Waking up at 3:00 everyday just to listen to that calm, sweet and still voice and having a pen and paper as companions was a habit for the author of this book and that was the secret of the existence of this book. This book contains quotes on spirituality, morality, education, discipline as well as live as a whole.

One thing I loved best about this book was the numbering which the author included. This helped me greatly as I just copied out the numbers of the quotes that I enjoyed or quotes that I felt were going to be of great importance to me in the future.

One other thing I enjoyed about the book was that as I read it, it felt as if I was reading the book of Proverbs in the Bible. To be frank this book really shared the same structure as the book of Proverbs as it gives advice on how to live our lives and also warnings of the consequences of our actions; this is exactly how the book of Proverbs was written.

Furthermore, I enjoyed the quotes as it has bits of everything from spirituality to sociality and physicality. When I saw the title of this book, I was prepared to be reading messages and last warnings from God. I was not expecting it the way I received it. I commend the author for writing it on this format. My best quote was quote 21 " plated gold can shine just like pure gold but when placed in for the melting down process, the truth will show". This quote really captivated me and inspired me to always try to be original in all my dealings and avoid any atom of falsehood.

The only thing I did not like about this book was that the quotes were all mixed together. I would have really loved it if the author had separated the quotes in categories so that a reader can easily filter the quotes by category.

Aside this there was nothing I hated. In general the book was very educational and inspiring. It was properly edited because I could not spot an mistake in the book. I give this book 4 stars out of 4 and I believe it is well deserved as it's words of wisdom are evergreen and if properly heeded to will produce excellent results. I recommend it to all Christian believers and for anyone seeking words of wisdom.
