Stop doubting yourself by GJ Malone is a book of self-help genre, which is completely worthwhile. And in contrast to many other self-help books, this has a unique content which will definitely assist and help people to overcome their struggles from different aspects.

The book starts with an introduction, which was truly encouraging, because it had inspiring stories of many successful people and how they commenced their journey. The entire content is fantastically aligned to eight chapters, and arranged in a way where we could understand each and everything the author wants to convey in an easy form.

Every chapter contains an enormous information which has the potential to increase our daily dose of motivation, and to make all the insecurities we have about ourselves in our mind to disappear. The individuality of this book is mainly because, each and every one would read this from a various perspective, and gain exclusive knowledge about it through their own experiences.

There were question sessions in between, which I really loved because it makes myself to think and engage in activities which I left incomplete. Additionally, each chapter has a summary, where key points are mentioned. It was really well patterned and I liked it very much. After reading the entire book, I would suggest the readers to take a short glimpse of all the chapter summaries for gaining an overall feel-good experience.

The author genuinely states that this would be more helpful if we read it more than once, when required. The book ends with a beautiful and an apt quote, along with the author’s note, which guides us for further goals.

By reading the entire book throughout, I gained a lot of optimism about myself and I would say it would enlighten every reader to improve and make them feel the better version of themselves. I didn’t find any negative aspect about this book, and from my view, it always helped me to focus on enhancing myself.

I would rate this book four out of four because I found the formatting and the way of expressing the words to be perfect. And every chapter had a unique element to learn from, which is aligned neatly, in a way we could apprehend them easily. Added to that, I found no errors in the book, to my knowledge. And I could say it is well and professionally edited, which is a green light for every reader.

I would recommend this book to everyone who would love to enrich themselves for their betterment in life and to all those who battle to overcome their insecurities.

😊I loved the book as well. It's more of a guide that one can always refer back to, whenever one feels down or shaky, no wonder the author encourages the reader to read it severally.
