Stop Doubting Yourself by Gj Malone is a fascinating self-help book focusing on self-improvement and belief. The author intends to open his readers' minds to self-limiting attitudes and behaviors that hinder us from achieving our goals in due time.

Stop Doubting Yourself is a book loaded with information, which is arranged properly in eight chapters. This book points out the relationship behavior, belief system, and performance of an individual at every stage of his life. The author's first introduction is on 'Why You Think and Act the Way You Do,' in which he opened our eyes to the things we learn consciously or unconsciously, and these learning tools are the brain and the mind. The author refers to the brain as the hardware and the mind as the software. He goes further to teach us how these tools function, transmit, filter information, and how they impact us. More so, the author talks about 'Understanding Self-Sabotage,' which the author explains as the behavior and thought patterns that ruin our chances of success. Self-sabotage is also called self-defeating behavior. And here are some examples; procrastination, forgetfulness, performing tasks inefficiently, blaming others, and wrong prioritization. The author explains in detail the 'Seven Steps to Overcome Any Self-Defeating Habit.' To know more about these self-improvement steps, you need to pick up this book and read it.

The author did an unmitigated study to put these striking lessons together. His teaching is refreshing, remarkable, and uncommon, with an assured result if properly adhered to. He puts in diligence and devotion in discovering concepts in psychology and human behavior. I love that the author mentioned a few great men in this book to motivate his readers.

Furthermore, the author gives guidelines to achieving personal goals, the skills that help us recognize and subsequently abrogate self-defeating beliefs and thoughts. I learned that no man is an island. Also, to have a positive mind, we should maintain a good relationship with our family, friends, and those around us, believe in them, and not criticize them.

The aspect I loved most in this book is Rewriting Self-Limiting Mental Scripts. It's a mental exercise where we consciously bring to the surface negative things we keep convincing ourselves to be the truth. Through this, we engage our inner dialogue into something positive and helpful to our life. Also, I love that some questions were given to us to answer, which will help and guide us in our life's ambition if we answer them truthfully and rewrite the bad ones for our good. It felt like a therapy session.

Honestly, I do not dislike anything about this book because it is life-changing. Gj Malone wrote in simple language, which made my reading an enjoyable experience. The editing was exceptionally done, as I found no typographical errors in this 142-page book. Therefore, I gladly rate it 4 out of 4 stars. I highly recommend this book to readers battling self-doubt, self-limiting thoughts, and procrastination. The book promises to put the lives of readers back on track.

I enjoyed your review. However, the long title annoyed me, and I don't think I would enjoy the book.
