Since all I know about Byzantine is the art and the monastic concept, it's good to know that there are plenty of photos. This does seem like an intense book directed towards those with prior knowledge.

That title is quite a mouthful. Anyway, this seems like an interesting book. I like that it is a collection of different articles by various authors. I also like that the author being a professor, is qualified to talk about these philosophical topics. Thanks for your informative review.
