Garcia Douglas’ book, It’s Time To Be Inspired, proposes a solution to our stressful and unfulfilled lives. It is an inspirational book that encourages readers to discover their capabilities and utilize them to the fullest to make a positive difference in the world. The book is 49 pages long and has 13 chapters.

Irrespective of their circumstances, readers of this inspirational book are empowered to live their best lives and achieve their goals. Garcia Douglas penned this book to help readers become better versions of themselves by motivating and encouraging them. I have always been an individual who strives to develop myself continuously. However, this has not been the case lately as the year-end fatigue has been slowly setting in. Reading this book has helped me to redefine my purpose and fine-tune my approach towards achieving my goals. For readers who need help to discover their purpose or those who need to re-discover their purpose in life, Douglas proposes the Ikigai framework tool. Read the book to learn how this tool can bring you clarity and set you on the right path.

One chapter that resonated with me is titled: You Are Good Enough. Social media and the standards of the world can also add to our feelings of inadequacy. This chapter reminds the reader of their unique strength and worth.

It’s Time To Be Inspired is a concise, direct, and well-written book with a clear message. Each chapter begins with a motivational quote. This motivational book also offers practical tools that readers can implement on a daily basis to achieve fulfillment and reach their goals.

There was nothing about the book that I didn’t like; in fact, I found it to be insightful and practical. The book is compact, concise, and straight to the point. I like that it was not preachy nor repetitive.

The book appears to be professionally edited, as I only spotted a couple of errors. None of which hindered my reading experience. For these reasons, I am rating it 4 out of 4.

For some people, it is almost time to take stock of what they have achieved this year. The year might not have unfolded as per your plans, but this book shows you how you can still achieve some of your goals. Readers who enjoy motivational books will delight in this one. Readers who are in search of tools that will help them achieve holistic fulfillment need not search further. The book is geared towards Christians, but it can benefit readers of all religions.

Many people make new year resolutions but few are able to accomplish these goals. As per your good review, this book has some strategies to help those who are yet to realize these goals, that is including. I just might read this book. Thanks.
