It is the desire of everyone to live their best life in a stress-free manner. But how does one go about achieving such a life? Fearless Thinking, Stress-Free Living, Guaranteed (Almost) by Purandar A. Amin provides a blueprint for achieving a fearless, stress-free life. The author begins by stating that he cannot guarantee a life free of success because such a life depends on the reader. What he tries to do is change your thought-process, which will alleviate your stress. This book is written in the form of letters and is addressed to the author's wife. Each letter is dated and focused on different ways to get rid of stress. Do you want to rid yourself of stress? This is the book you need to read.

Stress has been defined as a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances. But what if you remove these demanding circumstances? Would you still have stress? Purandar A. Amin makes a solid case that if we remove what we are stressing over, we will remove stress itself. One positive aspect of the book is how persuasive and convincing the theory is. Purandar A. Amin gives the example of someone stressing over the foreclosure of their home. What if that person was homeless? He would have less stress and learn to just live in the moment. The author encourages us to treat everything as temporary. If we put it in our minds, that nothing is constant and that everything changes, then we would have removed a lot of stress from our lives.

There was nothing I disliked about the book. It seemed a bit biased, but that is understandable. The author very candidly states that the ideas expressed in the book are solely his opinions and it doesn't matter if you agree or disagree with them. Fearless Thinking, Stress-Free Living, Guaranteed (Almost) seemed to be professionally edited as I only found a few errors.

There were many fascinating things that I learned while reading this book. One such thing is that you can never think about what is happening in the present. You are either thinking of the past or the future. There are many other interesting facts in the book. The author also provides activities at the end of each chapter. I proudly rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.

I would recommend this book to anyone with an open mind who is willing to learn new things. If you want to live a stress-free life, then this book is perfect for you. I have learned a lot from this book.

I like the premise of this book. Very interesting. And true. If you remove the cause of the stress, you remove the stress.
Although, then you would have to find something else to stress over.

Nice review.
