I’ve honestly read a little too much about nutrition, exercise, and why most diets don’t work lately, so I’m not sure if there’s much benefit I can get from reading yet another book about that. It sounds for those looking to break free of commercialized and trendy diets, though. Citations would definitely be nice, but the overall information seems helpful if true. Thank you for the helpful review.

I have never seen the perspective of why diets fail in maintaining weight. There's a lot of new things to learn in this book. Congratulations.

Books like this need to be written with honest tones because it tries to convey an idea that many people are not familiar with. I'm glad David did just that.

This is a really useful guide to weight loss, and the fact that the author speaks from experience makes it even more read worthy. Also, the approach here sounds much more healthy and doable. Thank you for the analysis and congratulations to the author on today's BOTD!

This seems a helpful book to get some clarity on the topic of dieting; the author has himself lost one-fourth of his weight. Thank you for the review!

It's hard to hear the truth sometimes, especially one pertaining to our individual selves but someone has to say it and nobody could have smoothly executed that any better than David medansky.

This is a true novel. Diets are not easy to maintain but the most annoying part of it is the regression modes it activates when you stopped
