You are born to be your own life’s driver, to be who and what you are. The maestro orchestrates a dream to success. Yet, there is an intruder that disrupts consciousness disturbing your potential which holds you back from plotting your destiny. You find it difficult to unveil what is real about you. There is a need to restore the true self and to discover the things that invite an intruder, causing you to doubt your capacity to go beyond what you already knew about yourself. The maestro allows you to make visions of victory come to reality with a four-part journey that talks about revealing the real self. The Maestro Monologue will help you become conscious of the nature of being yourself and inspire you to determine your good personality attributes that will transform your tuneless life into a beautiful symphony by learning who is your intruder and maestro.

The Maestro Monologue by Rob White is a book that I will read over and over again. I can say it is a read that can be added to one’s daily routine because it feeds thought-provoking wisdom regarding the journey to self-discovery. I also see this book as a kind of yoga for the mind which helps a reader like me practice meditation of my personality, in my thought.

Of all the parts of White’s work, I loved most his perspective on designing one’s destiny. I do not believe in destiny and I share some common principles with the author. This book had me pondering what more I can change and improve so that I can be true to myself and the world. It delivered lessons on how to study, value, and express the real self which are the stepping stones to enable the vision of success to happen.

In The Maestro Monologue, a reader will be challenged to explore the greater understanding of intangible resources found within the self that both contribute to and ruin personality. It offers reasonable approaches to discovering and what to expect from the true self. This book will motivate the reader to see the beautiful qualities that are yet discovered and shared, which will show how dynamic the self can be when the ultimate real self is found. This book will open a reader’s levels of thinking that will enable one to identify the causes of his struggles and comfort, defeat and victory, and other things that needed balance, and I see that this serves as an endeavor only the self can face. If you will read this book, you will find out what I am talking about and it is up to you to share the same idea or not.

In addition, he deliberately and creatively explained to me who these maestro and intruder are through analogies, scenarios, parables, quotes, and his experiences and principles that are related to the succeeding topic and the purpose of his written work. Also, his simple diction including the terminologies he coined made the context of the book an easy comprehension process because he provided definitions of it. It also contains activities and tasks that exercise how well the reader absorbed the lessons taken in which make it look like a lifestyle book.

Moreover, there is nothing I dislike in this book. White is a total philosopher. I find him and his book amazing. Reading his work is like listening to the author. I imagine myself as his listener and him as the speaker who gives a speech on stage. He feeds my curiosity and made me reflect on myself. I can also sense in his book that he wrote by heart without the need to tarnish anyone’s beliefs or principles and I admire him for that.

Furthermore, the book is exceptionally well edited since I found no errors in it. The author even used bullets and I grasped the contentions he wants to emphasize. Thus, I gladly reward this wisdom-feeder read a perfect 4 out of 4 stars. The book is life-inspiring and delights the mind. If anyone is looking for an everyday read that supplies the mind with answers to life questions, wants to be successful, and needs to know their selves more, then The Maestro Monologue is a perfect choice. Although it lacks vulgar words or profanities, this book is recommended only for adults because it tackles serious and real-life instances that are not yet deemed understood by young ages.
