Bitcoin Answered was written by Jon Law with Alan John as a co-author. The book is a short, simple guide to Bitcoin. It explains what Bitcoin is as a type of cryptocurrency. Some topics covered include: what a cryptocurrency is, the history of Bitcoin, Bitcoin wallets, mining, and is Bitcoin a risky investment. Each chapter in the book answers a question and is often one page, if not a few pages long. To help with comprehension, they use illustrations, charts, and tables to represent information. A novice to cryptocurrency and Bitcoin can understand because the authors use only a few technical terms, and they explain the ones included.

This book does exactly as it advertises. It answers any question you might have about Bitcoin. The book presents information in a systematic way that is easy to understand. The authors also maintain a neutral stance on Bitcoin. They explain the pros and cons of Bitcoin as it relates to investing. They briefly explain financial trading and the instruments used to predict the market. Law and John never try to convince the reader to buy Bitcoin. Instead, they arm them with the knowledge to make informed decisions. A lot of research went into this book, and it was edited rigorously. There is no superfluous information. There are very few typographical or grammatical errors.

To help with the reader’s comprehension and continued education, the authors provide additional places to get information; they list several books, podcasts, and YouTube channels. There is also a glossary of terms the reader can revisit if they need a refresher on some technical terms. There is a list of jargon that is frequently used in investing and cryptocurrency. The table of contents is also useful because a reader can go back to a specific section if they need a refresher without having to read the entire book again.

It was hard to find anything wrong with this book. The only issue was that it was still a difficult book to read. Despite the effort taken to simplify the material, there is a steep learning curve. The information presented could be overwhelming. For me, I couldn’t read this book in one sitting, and I had to read several chapters multiple times before I understood certain topics.

For me, this book is a 4 out of 4 stars. I learned about Bitcoin, and they answered many questions I had. The information was easy to understand. It is a good starter guide for anyone interested in investing in cryptocurrencies, specifically Bitcoin.

This book would appeal to anyone interested in learning about Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies. It is also a good starting place for investors and analysts who are aiming to specialize in Bitcoin.

I read the book. I agree with you; the information is a little overwhelming. There are also chapters that I had to reread. It's a great book though.
