Soul-Fullness is a spiritual based book by Tosin King James. This book aims at ensuring that the reader understands the journey of being you. The author-Tosin James- skillfully uses his experience to make the reader understand the importance of keeping records of the happenings of his/her daily life.

James talks about so many experiences, from how he met a Guardian Angel in his dreams who told him that he would speak in front of a big congregation as a leader something he knew was impossible; where a Guardian Angel spoke to him and asked him to follow a girl something he had never done only for him to end up in a church. James believes in the power of writing down your dreams and goals.

He takes us on a twenty one day journey of how to satisfy your soul. On this journey each day the reader gets to know themselves better. With James he believes that writing every single thing that happens in your life can help you if not at the moment in the future to achieve your goals.

I liked the fact that James addressed the readers directly something that made me feel like he was talking to me directly. He also used his experiences to explain more on what he was talking about. The best thing about the book is that, it does not base on a specific religion. This means that anyone from any denominations can read the book and benefit from the lessons as well.

I give this book a rating of 4 out of 4 stars. This book deserves a perfect rating for its simplicity and interactive nature. The author did his best to interact with the reader during the day to day activities. I was personally inspired and learnt a lot from the book.

I would recommend this book to readers who love motivations and would like to, one day, see their dreams coming true.
