Review of Bitcoin Answered
[Following is a volunteer review of "Bitcoin Answered" by Jon Law.]
How vast is your knowledge of bitcoin? Bitcoin Answered by Jon Law is an educational book that has answers to most questions relating to crypto currency and bitcoin, the biggest digital currency.
Bitcoin is a broad concept that is familiar to most people today. It was started by Satoshi Nakamoto, but not much is known about him. Bitcoin operates through very secured Blockchain technology. It can be a type of network that stores data in a literal chain of blocks. The block is the representation of the digital information, while the chain represents how the data is stored in the database. There are a lot of concepts in cryptocurrency that are all detailed in this book. The Bitcoin address can be seen as a collection of letters and numbers that functions as an identification code. It can be seen more like a bank account number. With this Bitcoin address, you can carry out transactions on your blockchain. The author also outlines the different kinds of Bitcoin wallets, namely: paper wallets, hot/cold wallets, and hardware wallets, which are physical wallets. There is a wealth of knowledge the author has shared in this book. Grab a copy.
Most people have asked if Bitcoin mining is profitable, which the author has answered and also given detailed consequences that affect Bitcoin mining, which include: cryptocurrency price, hash rate and difficulty, price of electricity, halving, hardware cost, all explained in the book. The notion that Bitcoin is a physical currency is false because Bitcoin is entirely digital and cannot be physical. Many have a fear of investing in Bitcoin because of the thought that it's a scam or that it's not secured. It will interest you to know that bitcoin is controlled by the blockchain network, which is one of the most secure systems in the world for reasons outlined by the author in the book.
I disliked nothing about this book. Most people pay heavily to get the information contained in this book. I have benefited a lot from this book as I have gotten a lot of information that can help me grow in the crypto space. The author is a very experienced writer as he lucidly explained most of the concepts of Bitcoin using chats, pictures, and diagrams, thereby making this book easy for newbies. I liked the choice of words used by the author in this book, which makes the book very captivating. This book is well-developed and coherent.
I would rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. While reading, I detected no errors. This shows that this book was exceptionally well-edited. I recommend this book to people who want to know about cryptocurrency and are interested in investing.
