Financial goals are hard to reach. No matter how hard you try, you never seem to achieve the goals you have set for yourself. However, what if your financial goals did not have to seem so far away? In Journey to your Summit by Dave Vetta, financial goals are easily deconstructed so that you can see how to manage them and most importantly, stay consistent with them.

This book is 138 pages in length, but it has a vast amount of useful and practical information about your finances.Journey to your Summit was one of the few books I have read that really made me pause and think about the depth of what I was reading. After reading the books I found myself thinking about the words as I went about my daily tasks. The author, Dave Vetta, really compelled me to rethink how I was managing my finances. The book also used very simple vocabulary words. Anyone reading could easily understand the ideas he was talking about and trying to convey. I also like the way the book was broken apart into the chapters. It really helped me as a reader to easily digest the topic the author was expanding on.

I overall did not find any cons with this book. The editing was exceptional, I found no grammatical errors, nor any spelling errors. The format was a little different than what I am used to, but that did not affect the quality of the book whatsoever.

In my opinion, this book was one of the most influential books I have read. As I stated earlier, I found myself thinking about the book a lot. Even after I finished the book, its powerful messages stayed with me. I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. It has been one of the few books that I could say that it is a perfect rating. I myself do not give out perfect ratings often but this book deserves it.

I recommend this book to anyone who is not only looking for financial tips, but life tips. I think that young adults in particular would definitely benefit from this book. It gives a whole new look on life that many young people need. The author's word choices can be easily understood by the younger generation. Young and old alike can gain valuable advice that we fail to see sometimes.
