Seeking... Finding... Healing...by Becky Lu Jackson is a motivational and inspirational book. The author took her time in writing this book. In life, we all need to be motivated, especially when one is going through a lot. A word of encouragement can go a long way toward lifting one's mindset. The truth is that we can all heal ourselves. All we need is the courage to accept the truth and also dig deep within our hearts to find the light of hope. So she has written this book, which I can also call a "treasure" to help the wounded, give hope to the hopeless, and help in self-discovery.

Through out the book, the author shares her path of inner family healing as well as those of others who have benefited from the work. The visualization serves as a guide for self-discovery, meditation, and transformation. One can gather an inner spiritual team that supports their future selves. When I was reading the promises of inner family healing on page 4, I was so amazed because I know the benefits of healing trauma in one's mind. As it is said, "A good mindset creates a healthy life."

At first, I was reluctant to read this book, but then I got engrossed while reading it. I found it very hard to put down this book, even when I needed to eat. The book will teach you how to live a healthy life. While reading this, I learned about commitment, being competent, and setting boundaries as a parent. This book will teach you about kindness, being humane, and being humble and also help you spiritually. The author made sure he gave enough details in each chapter, and this was very good for me. I also like how he went on to arrange this book.

There are no qualms in this book. I loved how the author flowed with the audience, leaving no room for boredom. Just like Linda M. wrote in her last sentence in Chapter 6, inner family healing has given me the foundation to not only aid in healing old hurts, but to move and thrive. The truth is that, as she stated, we all need to rise above our old selves and move on with our lives. Life isn't a bed of roses, but with books like this, it won't be a rocky ground for you.

I will rate this book 4 out of 4 stars without any regrets. I found no errors, and this shows how exceptional the book was edited. I would love to recommend it to people who love reading family books on self-discovery.
