Seeking...Finding...Healing is a non-fiction book by Becky Lu Jackson. She shares with us how to heal and overcome our past pains or trauma that are affecting us up-to-date. The author suffered from alcohol, eating, and even drug addiction which led to her decision on finding out how to deal with the past. She went through the inner family healing procedure and her past traumas, which affected her behavior and even emotions, were healed. She developed this method, how to connect with her 'younger selves' to know the root of her past pains. This helped her to realize the causes and know how to win against the traumas.

Meditation is key if only a person is ready to progress. One can't just bury the past and move on as if nothing has ever happened. With meditation, you'll improve your health emotionally, physically, and even spiritually. What is foundation building in inner family healing? Why is it very crucial? The author explains that one should take the 'Foundation work' seriously, in that, if one is unable to connect sound beliefs with our inner family then it can result in a 'breakdown' rather than a 'break through'. Read to know the guaranteed results of building foundations in inner family/self-healing.

I loved how the author included a lot of examples of people who are finding inner healing. This made me realize that not only those people addressing huge pains like addictions should do this visualization but also pains like an unconducive workplace and so forth. Did you know that you should have self-talk/self-affirmation that should remind you of how you should/want to live? Well, for me it is a challenge. For example," Becky says, God will send me what I need, when I need it, whatever I need it for, for as long as I need it".

I didn't have any dislike for the book. I appreciate how short and precise the book was because it was an encouragement. The book is enlightenment to a person who wants to address issues that he/she is struggling with. The author has given personal difficulties that she addressed and how she addressed them, which are very relatable. Also, how to do the meditation or the visualization is well explained to help the readers have this healing.

I didn't come across any typos or grammatical errors, meaning that the book was professionally edited. Therefore, I give this book a perfect rating of four out of four stars because of the above-stated reasons. I recommend this book to anyone who has undergone or is undergoing pain or hard times because this is a practical experience of inner healing which builds the hidden or forgotten self-value.
