Review of Winning the War on Cancer
Winning the War on Cancer is a book written by Sylvie Beljanski. It was borne out of an inspirational legacy left by her father, Mirko Beljanski, who produced a very strong natural medicine that can be used to effectively treat cancer at all stages. But out of greed and selfishness, the opposing bodies, such as pharmaceutical companies, in partnership with the Food and Drug Administration, hijacked his work and even got him arrested. This whole incident led to his death. But on his death bed, he passed the responsibility to his daughter, who made sure that her father's work and remedies were made available to the public.
Despite so many efforts put into research and technology for cancer treatments, the mortality rate keeps increasing geometrically. There is enough reason for one to wonder in utter dismay. In treating cancer, the more traditional methods of radiation, chemotherapy, and surgery haven't been of much help over the years, despite billions of dollars spent on research. Natural methods of treating cancer have been seen to be of greater impact. However, these treatment methods have always encountered a stumbling block. The Food and Drug Administration and pharmaceutical companies have both played a major role in ensuring that natural methods of treating cancer are continually suppressed. But the time has come for people to know that the battle line has been drawn between natural methods of treating cancer and cancer itself.
Sylvie explained that many of the laws made by these so-called health bodies aren't designed for the public's benefit. Hence, laws are being made to prevent the free use of natural methods of treating cancer, which are far more potent than the traditional methods. One thing I loved so much about this book was the writer's audacity and tenacity in ensuring her father's work did not stop. I was particularly amazed at how someone who did law in school managed to gather so much knowledge concerning this subject matter. This book exposed a lot of principles to me. For instance, I learnt how stem cells are the chief operators of every cancer cell. These stem cells, if not properly killed, will be the bedrock of new cancer cells that will reappear. According to the author, that is where metastasis begins. Unfortunately, many synthetic methods of treating cancer do not tackle the root cause. However, with the natural methods proposed by her father, which were a combination of Pao Pereira and Rauwolfia vomitoria, cancer cells have no chance of survival.
The war against cancer is simply a battle between natural methods of treating cancer and artificial methods. While the former is associated with wholeness, the latter is attributed to more deaths and suffering. How can we be silent in this case? Everyone must be inspired to speak the truth and uphold it at all times. These were Sylvie's concerns.
I found nothing to dislike about this book. It was informative, as I learnt a lot from it. The editing work was exceptional too. I couldn't place a hold on a single error. Hence, I give this book a rating of 4 out of 4 stars.
I recommend this book to scientists all over the world and to individuals who are interested in learning about effective natural ways to fight cancer.
