Selling Change is a book by Robert E. Smith that provides a series of ideas and teaching on how to comfortably achieve good results in any organizations in which we may be involved. The author firstly takes us through how we can make a positive change to ourselves before we can understand how team building will increase productivity in our day-to-day activities and work. He advises us not to assume that change happens fast but tells us to be patient and persistent if we have to get the best in ourselves. He prefers us to have a period of being silent while doing the experiments on how change can work and if it can have positive effects on the lives of our immediate subjects. This book is woven to give us the procedure of how to get the best out of ourselves.

The book is based on the author's personal experience, research, and history he got when he decided to do more experiments on change and determine what it takes for it to be achieved positively. The author provided more information on how we must have a higher for us of turning the barriers of change to the positivity of change.

The author tells us, "The first ingredient of consistency is trust. At its core, trust refers to the willingness of one person or a group to be vulnerable to another even when there is a risk of harm." Page 84. The author explains how we should be trustworthy to achieve consistency and gain the support to lead the majority of people, hence this shows we should uphold humanity and treat other people with the utmost respect to gain their respect and trust even when we are in critical situations.

This book is written well and arranged in a wonderful order. I liked the way the author provided information of the exact information about all the happenings in this book; this increased mostly my interest in reading this book up to the last page. The book is exceptionally edited because I found zero errors in it. I liked almost every chapter because of how the author provided the insights politely, and whose content was educative. Therefore this book has made me more interested in working hard and abiding by the rules to attain success.

I rate Selling Change 4 out of 4 stars because it is timely presented and correct to this period. I further appreciate how the author provided words of encouragement to the general readers on always having hope to attain positivity. I recommend this book to all the youths in society who may need much information and knowledge on how to create positive results in their daily endeavors.
