The author used many facts and figures to prove the change in the world today. He also wrote about the necessity and difficulty of change. This is the purpose of the author when he wrote this book. The advantage of the book is clear. The structure and layout are very easy to understand. The author also summed up the content of each part in the introduction part.

The scope of the book is focused on 3 main factors of selling change. The author invested much effort in writing his book. The book has many stories and case studies to illustrate the thesis of the book. So the book is not boring. The author also shared ways to apply. Besides theory, he also wrote about a step-to-step process for practice.

The language of the book is academic and difficult to read. The readers must read many time carefully to understand. The author has deep and varied knowledge. He is natural at topic that he mentioned. Although the book can be hard to read, its knowledge is very useful.

The book was edited carefully by a professional. I didn’t detect any errors in spelling or grammar. The book’s prose is slow so I can follow it easily.
