Peace and liberty. Desiring liberty and peace for one's family, people, and country. This is evident in this autobiography written by Dr. Ghoulem Berrah, A Dream for Peace. Dr. Berrah, an Algerian citizen, rose from humble beginnings to become a diplomat whilst climbing the political ladder and making significant contributions to Algeria's independence and freedom. He traveled the world to broaden his knowledge and to broaden his work. Dr. Berrah told us about his life, the challenges he faced, and how he left his imprint on the soil of his country and Africa for future generations.

Dr. Ghoulem Berrah's memoir delves deeply into his political achievements and background. He was known to have conducted research for his work and studies in great nations such as the United States of America and China. This great man's resilience and strength were incredible as he faced colonialism, racism, and injustice. He never gave up and eventually achieved his life's goal of achieving peace and freedom for his home and country, Algeria. Despite his many accomplishments as a historical leader, Dr. Berrah's story has unfortunately been lost through the pages of history.

One of the many aspects of this book that I appreciated was how educational it was. It teaches us not only about his life, but also about his surroundings. Anyone who reads this book will appreciate how informative it is about Africa and the other places Dr. Berrah has visited. I also liked how the chapters in the book were titled. The book also had a romantic aspect that I believe many readers would enjoy. The book is also very lighthearted and makes the reader happy, and it is extremely simple to read. Then I liked how the contents of the book and the title are related. Dr. Berrah has also left a powerful message for the book's readers. The message is that perseverance and patience always triumph in the end. It took him a long time to achieve his ultimate goal of bringing peace to his country, but he would not have gotten this far in life without patience.

This book recounts the life of a great man. I was disappointed while reading the book because I had never heard of him or his accomplishments. A Dream for Peace is more than just an autobiography; it is a message that Dr. Ghoulem Berrah will not be forgotten, and history will not forget him. I have no complaints about this book because it was well-written and enjoyable to read.

I give this book a 4 out of 4 stars because of how well it was written and the positive message it conveyed. It was a very reassuring read. I found no errors in this book, which was also professionally edited. After reading this book, I learned a few valuable lessons that I believe will stick with anyone who reads it. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in African history, politics, and colonialism.
