Seeking...Finding... Healing by Becky Lu Jackson is an instructional manual offering a self healing tool or inner family healing guide to guide people suffering from negative impacts of past unhealed wounds as anger, fear, low self-esteem, feeling unsafe or unprotected,...etc.towards healing, healthy growth and full development mentally, emotionally and physically.
The author created a style of visualization or inner family meeting through which one can connect with younger selves and allow mental self to talk to emotional, physical and spiritual selves.A style which she had found to be a life changing healing tool and is considered the core of this book.
During visualization any harmful old beliefs about life are exposed and exchanged by new heathy ones through spiritual wisdom. This exchange together with the trust in the presence of a creative factor inside you would be the foundation for inner family healing.Divinely guidance would be available and you ought to be ready to receive it and trust it.
The author recommended journaling or writing out your feelings, thoughts and past experiences. She also suggested looking for an external support as a trusted friend to help you navigate the healing path and move forward on it.
She created some concepts as future or wiser selves,"Becky says",grandma phenomenon, one's own understanding of God and a humorous application of Richter scale on one 's reactions.
She shared some personal experiences and others' experiences about their inner family healing who had utilized the healing tool and got incredible results.
Inner family healing creates a path to freedom, creativity and transformation. It converts old wounds into sources of inner strength helping you to face any storm in life.

What I liked about the book is that when I gave it a try,I was astonished to find that it really works.I also liked the creativity of the author.

What I didn't like about the book is that the mentioned idea seems unfamiliar at the beginning,so you would spend some time trying to fully comprehend it.

The book is about a healing tool created by the author as she had found it to be working with great results.
Proofs of validity of the healing tool are others'experiences who had utilized it with outstanding results.
The book includes some spiritual truths that are accepted by most religions.
There are few grammatical errors that are beyond mention. The book is well edited.I'd rate it 4 out of 4 stars.

I recommend this book to people suffering from heavy burdens of past unhealed wounds obstructing their way towards mental and emotional health.
