In actual sense stories about creation of the world have been discussed and are still being discussed till date. Complex and yet simple stories, that has left many unanswered questions about existence and creation of the world. Proceeding after what have been told or read, without striking questions to what doesn’t boil down fine in reasoning or what we have failed to understand. John W. Bullock had those questions lingering in the past, and according to him “The more questions I asked and the more I searched the more amazing and wonderful God became to me”. Bullock has carefully studied and written Seeing with fresh eye: sin, salvation and the steadfast love of God; this is that book that answers those unanswered questions. Seeing with fresh eyes: sin salvation and the steadfast love of God brings a new perspective of understanding God purpose from the beginning of the world with His first creations.

John W Bullock first lays the foundation knowledge that man was created to be in control of the world, firstly from the garden of Eden, the concept of understanding the sovereign and supreme God of all creations is also a loving father whose desire is to have intimacy with his children as it was in the garden of Eden before the fall of man. And after the first sin, Bullock goes on to make the reader know that God never stopped loving, he later graduates to painting a picture of why a ransom needed to be paid for us to be “saved” from condemnations and finally how by only believing and confessing we are transitioned into the life of Christ in order for us to enjoy our redemptive rights and privileges.

I like that seeing with fresh eyes: sin, salvation and the steadfast love of God leave no stone unturned about some questions I myself needed answers to. This book gave me the answer I yearned for about obedience upon reading seeing with fresh eyes: sin, salvation and the steadfast love of God, I have come to know that the concept of obedience simply is not a to-do but more than that; obedience is something done out of love. I also like that it is chronologically detailed, and extremely easy to understand.

I have found no reason to dislike Bullock’s seeing with fresh eye: sin, salvation and the steadfast love of God.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. There have been no typos or grammatically errors, as such it was carefully written and edited.

I recommend seeing with fresh eyes: sin, salvation and the steadfast love of God to three sets of people. Firstly, the ones that have ever questioned man first sin, you are not alone. Secondly to the people who thinks that their relationship with God is shaky and one sided. Thirdly to the people who doesn’t have a relationship with God but desires it and also wants to break out of simply proceeding after religion because they were born into into.
