The First Time Father by Alfie Thomas is a mind-blowing book. All I can say is I'm blown away! Like wow! It might seem like I'm exaggerating at this moment but I promise, I'm not. The book is basically a guide to dads who are expecting children, I mean the content is GIVING dad vibes chile! It's just the first time I see a dad this dedicated and excited about children. It's something I always saw in movies and never seemed to exist in my small world. We get to know about how to treat your pregnant wife, the do's and don't, how to support the wife during labor, and when the child is born. It's just a book worth reading if you are a man looking to have a child or expecting one.

What I like about this book is the fact that this guy really has a good sense of humor. He didn't make it all awkward and serious. I mean a man finding out they are expecting a child is nervous but I swear, after reading this book, I think they will know what to do next. I love that it was not in a complicated format. It was easy to understand and I like that we get to have jokes in between. It's a fun book to read and very educational.

What I hate about this book is nothing, absolutely nothing! If I was given a chance to change something maybe I would just want the wife to tell us if Alfie is really following all the stuff he recommended. I mean the advice and pointers are doable considering the fact that partners are in a healthy relationship.

I would like to rate this book 4 out of 4 for the good content. There is nothing I would change about the book and I think it was well edited. I liked the book. I think this book deserves this rating because the author wrote something easy to follow, from pregnancy to birth and to raising a child. What more could men ask for?

I would recommend this book to men specifically. This book is for men. A woman can also buy it to help their partner. I think it is very important for people who are still new to parenting because it's really challenging to raise a child. You don't have to be a first-time father to be able to read the book. Anyone can read it.
