Review of Involuntary Reroute
involuntary Reroute by Robert Laney is an entrepreneurial and a truth revealing book on the air industry.it clearly points out on the secret that surrounds the industry from the early 1980s about the first class seats being much expensive compare to coach seats. However this is not the case as revealed to the reader as you read the book, as the first class tickets are sold at lower prices than the coach tickets since their depriciate their value up to zero when the plane set off when their are unoccupied. All this come to function after a 19-year old boy from college come up with the idea about the cheap tickets like the AD75s which made the first class seats to be more affordable. With his enterprinueal mind he was capable of coming up with a multinational website ,which cover the airline fare and with that it become easy to the airline industry.
Laney being businesses minded and being familiarized with the secret behind the airline fare.He had to work tirelessly as an entrepreneur to archive the best, which is clearly evident as you read through out the book.He explains various complex situation he found himself in and also ways he made out of them.Laney also helps the reader understand a number of challenges surrounding the airline fraternity in the best way possible the reader could understand.
The journey started with the 19-year old college boy in the travel industry made it clearly in my mind to realize that their are a number of business opportunity everywhere which requires an open minded person who is always ready to venture into them.Laney also made it clear that in business on needs to be firm and bold but also flexible to number of available opportunity. In the same way Laney was standby on opportunities available as you read the book. This in particular made me like the book the most.
The author also equips the reader with relevant skills and knowledge to make money, provided one is determined about getting it.in the book he ventured into a number of partnership with airline agency and individuals to make money. He also shows the reader the way he was capable to utilize offers and opportunity like those provided for college students paying a $59.00 instead of more when he organized for the trip as students their had to utilize this and complete the journey using a drive.
I admire the author writing style which was simple, vivid, and vulgar.he was able to communicate a number of ideas in the best way possible. He also shared Knowledge to readers about the airline industry unless on reads them from this book. This has made it in my mind that anytime I could be thinking about the airline fare or a plane I will be remembering about incidents in this book
Events in the book are taking place in the 1990s but truely speaking the knowledge is still important in this era, the book was professionally edited with no errors ,therefore I rate it 4 out of 4 stars and I recommend it to persons whom are business minded and needs to explore more on the airline industry.
