In society today, many people are dissatisfied with their jobs; others don't have a plan for their future after retirement;
and still others don't have proper financial planning skills. E. Alan Fleischauer's nonfiction book,Reconfigurement, is about planning, having fun after retirement, and working in your dream job. The book is designed to ensure readers get retirement planning strategies and a new approach to counter traditional investment assets. It begins with E. Alan Fleischauer explaining the importance of early planning after retirement after he has carried out research on hours spent by Americans working towards retirement. He then describes factors to consider before reconfiguring our lives. Unfortunately, reconfiguration cannot be achieved if we don't have assessment skills like career aptitude, work values, pairin, traitify, plum, and Myers-Briggs, as this will help to know our strengths and the kinds of jobs we fit. Regarding our retirement plans, he states the need for life insurance, social security, and investing, to name a few. As we read the book, what's our plan for retirement?

There are a lot of positives to learn from this book. I appreciate E. Alan Fleischauer for his extensive research and well-presented ideas he used to deliver his points in the book. The vocabulary and language used in the book's context are simple to understand. The book has valuable information that can be very important when planning for the future. The author's use of metaphor to convey his message made me reassess and analyze my plans after retirement. Furthermore, I deeply understand financial advisors' role in our professional lives. I loved the author's preparedness and tips on financial planning for retirement. He didn't list them, but he explained them in detail and made them relatable, which is easy to understand. I appreciate E. Alan Fleischauer's passion for sharing tips and information on how we can go about it when planning for the future and making it enjoyable. It is more effective.

I didn't find any negative aspects to comment on in the book. The book is exceptionally well-edited. I loved every aspect of the book. It is enlightening and gives hope of having a better life after retirement if we can practice the shared tips in the book.

Considering all the positives, I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.the author's use of jokes to hold you on when reading was also enjoyable.

I recommend this book to employed entrepreneurs or strategists. The book is educative on investing, the importance of planning ahead, career testing, life protection, and social security related to today's society.
