Review of Soul-Fullness
Book Title: Soul-Fullness
Author: Tosin King James
Genre: Non-fiction
The book Soul-Fullness by Tosin King James describes the stages, principles and a 21-day program to follow to ensure you achieve soul-fullness. James describes the soul as a single unit in our lives that we may see as death, or may think the soul is our body or mind or emotions. Yes, the soul lives in the body but it is just its encasing. To live a happier and more fulfilling life of love, wisdom, creativity, freedom and grace, we need to unfold the soul to achieve soul-fullness. Soul-fullness according to him is when we realize that we are not the body, mind or emotions and therefore use the spirit or soul power to achieve limitless things while still on earth, in our encasing which is the body.
On the 21-day program to soul-fullness, the art of surrendering to the spirit, taking note of whatever encounter you had in the dream either on first, second, third or fourth heaven in your journal or phone. All things you discuss with the spirit or your guardian must be kept private and if you must talk then you need to consult with the spirit. James emphasizes that we need to open our eyes and ears, clean the emotional temple which is our body, clean our mental temple and practice acts of gratitude. We are going to receive soul-fullness if we are going to love each creature on earth as much as we love ourselves. We cannot expect to hate on people based on their skin color, material wealth, arguments, and expect to be happy. We should neither have enemies, instead treat them as teachers, the people who make life difficult for us. The people who make life difficult for us are a reflection of us.
This book has a lot of positive aspects. The fact that James provides a 21 day program that can easily be followed by anyone is what makes it amazing. The book teaches us to be mindful of what we feed our bodies in terms of food and thoughts; it regards things like alcohol as poison. Love and gratitude is portrayed as key elements in achieving soul-fullness. The fact that this book speaks to everyone seeking to experience a more rewarding and happier life in terms of love life, jobs, healing and future life makes it more amazing. It teaches one to appreciate oneself and take good care of the body in terms of exercise, washing, and realigning as it is a tool that enables our spiritual individual or soul to experience life.
The book is good and I find nothing bad to say about it. It had no grammatical errors.
I would rate this book 4 out of 4 stars because it is good and very educative. It speaks directly to an individual on how to make life more fulfilling and rewarding. It makes it easier by highlighting a 21-day program and the specific day and night routine to practice on these days. Irrespective of your religion status, you know you can change your life to be a more loving and happier human in all aspects of life such as in job and relationships. You get to find a purpose in life and follow it leaving behind everything that is not important. You learn to take each day at a time the way James gives an example of an ATM that wants to serve three people, the ATM keeps the other two logged out of the system when one is using it (James, n.d.)
I would recommend this book to anyone out there seeking to live a happier and more rewarding life irregardless of their religion, health condition or current state of mind. This book will help them find answers to their troubles or difficulties and therefore live life full of happiness, love or grace.
