Review of Living Younger Longer Using Red Light Therapy
In Living Younger Longer Using Red Light Therapy by John Iovine, we discovered one of the most effective ways to heal and improve different health segments. The book discusses using Red Light Therapy (RLT) to deal with aging, skin disease, fat, poor sight, and several other health issues. The book also discussed other significant ways of using RLT and some practical ways.
The first thing I noticed from the book was the author's sincerity. Somehow, I haven't heard so much about the use of this type of therapy for healing, but the book offered the reader an opportunity to give it a try. John Iovine revealed the statistic of those who applied this therapy and those who did not. Evidently, there was a tremendous improvement among those who used this technology.
One unique thing about John's book is that his hypothesis was backed by proven individuals who applied this therapy and got results. It wasn't just his opinions. Nils Finsen, a Danish physician, is an excellent example of treating a skin disease using ultraviolet light. In certain circumstances in the book, the author's honesty was evident. He was honest enough to reveal when and the proper dosage of treatment that would give the desired result. There should be a degree to which this light should penetrate the body to get the actual result. Everything of such a nature was well illustrated.
Another beautiful thing about this book was that there are helpful links for further research on every subject. The part of this study that I found relative and personally helpful was the part where the author discussed how Red Light Therapy helps to boost testosterone levels. Most men would gladly embrace this book, especially those who are going through this difficulty. John didn't just make baseless statements. There was a clear discussion on how this therapy work in the cells. This was evident in how John buttressed fat is reduced by releasing fatty liquids in the bloodstream.
To be honest, the book would be better understood by those with no challenge understanding scientific terms. But the writer ensured that helpful pictures helped every researcher find how this experiment works. I didn't find anything negative in the book.
Overall, I will rate this book four out of four stars. It was professionally edited, as there were only two errors. I recommend the Living Younger Longer Using Red Light Therapy to those who could be searching for different technological means of preventing aging and treating other skin ailments.
