Review of Soul-Fullness
Soul-Fullness is a beautiful book written by Tosin King James that contains a 21-day rules journal that leads to self-discovery and connection to our inner being, the spirit, and being led by it as well as to the future.
The author began his lesson by helping us create a journal in which we recorded 21-day goals that included recording our dreams, experiences, and visions as well as assisting us in connecting with our guardian angel, among other things. And this journal encourages us to open our inner eyes to view spiritual things, and while we do so, we must record whatever we see, including our nighttime dreams and daytime observations. He also discussed how to awaken our inner ears, using his own experience as an illustration of how he heard a spiritual voice at the age of 18 telling him to follow a girl he didn't know. He discusses how to take care of our physical bodies since they are a doorway to our souls and how the food we ingest shapes how we act and who we are. Read the book to learn more about the many life secrets it contains!
Regarding the positive aspects, I appreciate that the author keeps track of the reader in the journal. In contrast to other self-help books I've read, which only present their ideas in the form of a textbook or study, this one reads more like a daily exercise, and I appreciate that it's really engaging. The book was created as a devotional for people who are looking for a spiritual purpose in life. The book discusses how to best connect to the spirit, how to cleanse our physical, emotional, and mental temples, and how all of these things affect how we live our lives. For instance, he said that in order to be emotionally cleansed, one must be prepared to let go of the past, practice charity, and be ready to forgive. Additionally, the book had a superb editing job; I saw no errors while reading it. It was exceptionally well edited.
I couldn't think of any drawbacks to the book; it's a really good one. The book was absolutely flawless and the author did a fantastic job; I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. I learned a lot from this book, especially the chapter on gratitude, which made me appreciate things more and kept me joyful. The fact that the author drew on his own life experiences also made it easier for me to connect with the book.
I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. It's an interesting book, and it helped me connect with my spirit and soul, so I didn't give it a lower rating. My best cue comes from the focus it places on appreciation, love, and faith.
I recommend this book to anyone who appreciates self-help books, those seeking a deeper sense of fulfillment, and those eager to learn more about meditation.
