This wonderful novel by Becky Lu Jackson is a masterclass in self-help, written to help people heal their inner selves. The book was written with the intention of instructing readers on how to meditate, visualise, and communicate effectively with their younger selves by listening to them and acknowledging their feelings. By doing so, you create a compassionate and loving relationship with your younger ages. In turn, they can trust you and you can trust them to make the right decisions in life.

It also taps into the addiction and depression the author suffered. Becky Lu Jackson sheds light on why those addictions start and how you can overcome them. She shares her personal experiences with anxiety and an eating disorder, and how one of her early childhood traumas caused her to have an eating disorder. The book teaches people how to meditate and heal their younger selves as well as connect to the God of their understanding.

For as long as I can remember, I have always been a self-help book lover, and after reading Seeking... Finding... Healing... I feel like I have found a new purpose in life. It is amazing how much wisdom and inner healing you can get from reading this book. As somebody who once struggled with depression, I could relate to a lot of the author's experiences. While reading I've learnt how to connect and communicate with my younger selves wholeheartedly without judgement. The text is clear and easy to understand.

What I loved about reading Becky Lu Jackson's book is that it makes you view things from a new perspective. It is so insightful. Each and every chapter has a lesson that is learnt, making the book more interesting to read. Her thrilling writing style forces the reader to keep reading as they develop a deeper relationship with themselves. Her choice of words is impeccable; it makes you, the reader, feel included and understood. In addition to her writing style she let's you imagine a face-to-face conversation with the younger version of yourself.

I found nothing to criticize about the book. It is exceptionally well written, with no spelling and grammatical errors. In all, it is professionally edited. I give it a rating of 4 out of 4 stars because of its quality masterpiece structure and it was helpful and memorable. It is a must-read for all people who yearn to find inner family healing.

I recommend this book to anyone struggling with depression and anxiety because it has a step-to-step guide on how to deal with those emotions. For anybody who wants to deepen their connection with a God of their understanding, then this book is for you.
