Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer, is a book on financial planning and how to plan ahead for the future at any point in your life. The author talks about things like pensions, retirement plan, the importance of managing our income, and insurance. He covers topics like disability insurance, career assessments, health insurance, budgets, and trusts, just to name a few. The book is designed to help individuals understand what to do to be prepared for retirement. The author focused on two main topics: methods of investment and different types of insurance to look out for. It also includes different questions to help readers consider their strengths and weaknesses so that they can understand how to make better life decisions that would benefit them and help them save money.

I liked the author's writing style. It was conversational and engaging. Topics like retirement, finances, and insurance are boring to talk about, but the author made them fun. He had a good sense of humor. The book was sprinkled with humor in the form of jokes, which made it more interesting. The steps he outlined in the book were easy to understand and realistic. He made sure not to use difficult terms in explaining his points. This book has opened my eyes to a lot of things that affect my finances. It showed me how to best manage what I have and the need to always think about the future. I consider this book a rare gem. Although it contains less than 200 pages, it has reconfigured how I handle my finances. The author mentioned other books for further reading at the end of this book, which I found very helpful.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike in this book. The words were easy to understand, and it was exceptionally well edited.

I commend the author on writing such a flawless book that is devoid of grammatical errors and straight to the point. I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. I am happy to give it a perfect rating because it deserves it. It was well-written and without issues. I would definitely check out other books by the author.

I recommend this book to anyone looking forward to having a comfortable life after retirement. Reconfigurement is a must-read for employees, entrepreneurs, and government workers. The book will serve as a guide toward planning for the future. Although the book is best suited for older people, young people who are very conscious of their finances will find this book valuable.
