Reconfigurement serves as a roadmap for retirement planning. It teaches us to work at jobs we love and take pleasure in them before we retire. We learn more about investment, life insurance, and health insurance. Planning for retirement should not simply be done as we get older. To lessen the strain of retirement, we are urged to start making plans now. He offers strategies for working people to consider in the future. The author demonstrated to us that reconfiguration is possible at any stage of life. Planning ahead was emphasized. He looked at retirement solutions that go well beyond the conventional financial plan with an emphasis on investment assets. He raised concerns about retiring at 65 as, that is the system in the United States. The author talked about alternative ways to generate income as well as life insurance.

Reconfigurement is a very enlightening and instructive book, thus I like it. While educating his readers and guiding them through a crucial stage that we all eagerly anticipate as we get older, the author E. Alan Fleischauer infuses the book with jokes to make it enjoyable to read and stimulate our thoughts about the future. The book is enjoyable to read because of the author's attitude to writing it and his conversational writing style.

There was not a single aspect of the book that I disliked. I knew it was something I wanted to learn more about after reading the initial review before choosing the book to read. Although I am extremely happy I decided to read the book, I did not anticipate the level of exposure he provided. It is a very practical book that teaches how to change our habits while preparing for retirement.

I rate this book four out of four stars. It is incredibly well edited and beautifully written. The book's chapters each introduced a fresh concept. The one downside, in my opinion, is that he mainly wrote about the United States, likely due to his financial expertise and familiarity with the market there. As his concentration was on those who are employed, I also thought that he did not write about those who are self-employed. You can adapt the book's concepts to your particular situation, though.

Adults who are working, especially those who are above 30 to 40 years old, should read this book. Those who have investments and others who are considering their retirement options should prepare for the transitioning period in advance.
