‘Reconfigurement: Reconfiguring Your Life at Any Stage and Planning Ahead’ by E. Alan Fleischauer
Reconfigurement is a useful guide that has an interesting, detailed, and simple-to-understand plan to getting the most out of life. The book focuses on how to plan life, but also being excited about going to work rather than counting down the days until retirement. Insurance, retirement plans, and an overall trusted view on your future are covered in an interesting way which makes you more likely to open your laptop to look at insurance. The book made me feel safer about where my future will take me due to the fact that Fleischauer gave me a helpful plan for when I do eventually retire.

The book was extremely hilarious, and made me excited to pick up the book and read another chapter. It made retirement planning feel less dreadful. I started the book without any knowledge of the contents. I saw that it would be about retirement and dreaded reading it. However, when I started reading it, the way the topic is addressed makes the book much more interesting. I am a high school student but now my knowledge of retirement planning has widened due to the author's experiences advice. The book has extremely good grammar on top of the fact that there are no spelling errors making it an easy read.

I would give the book 4 out of 4. The topic didn't interest me that much however when I started reading the light comedy made the book much more interesting. I loved that it was only subtle, not risking cringy jokes in every sentence. I was happy to read for hours without needing any breaks. The author did an amazing job of writing this book. He has a lot of experience and it clearly shows in his writing. This book is clearly aimed at anyone getting closer to retirement and wants to enjoy the rest of their working job but not be constantly worried about money. However, I would recommend this to anyone, especially with the lowering of pensions. Even if you are a teenager, I think it would greatly benefit you as you can realise that choosing a job that you can imagine yourself doing every day and enjoying is far more important than the money you could earn.

Overall, the book was very enjoyable and I would greatly recommend it. The author did a fabulous job and I hope you enjoy it.

Thanks for the review, I am currently reading the book and I must agree with you on the jovial approach of the author on a topic as dreadful as retirement.
