Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is an amazing book that is aimed at preparing people for retirement. The author, who is an entrepreneur and has been a financial services executive, shares knowledge and experiences he has gathered over the years. He talks about the importance of having a retirement plan that goes beyond the usual saving and investment plans that are popular amongst retirees. He shares market values and suggestions that would not only help retirees make more money but also make sure that they are not bored at home or with a regular daily routine.

There were lots of things that I liked about this book. First of all, I think this is a very important book. The book had a lot of helpful market information and business ideas that one has to consider before venturing into any business. The author took his time to do proper research and gather his facts. He also provided references to back up his claims. I also liked the author's style of writing; he communicated his ideas properly. I felt like I was reading a note sent to me by my friend to help me sort out my life before I get to the age of retirement.

There wasn’t anything I didn't like about the book. The book had just about the right amount of information. It was brief and concise. I didn’t get overwhelmed by the many numbers in the book. I took the numbers as an opportunity to learn about the market and the right place and time to invest. I was also able to understand the value of money and how to make sure I don’t run out of money after retirement.

My rating for this book is 4 out of 4 stars. This book deserved nothing less than a perfect rating from me because I totally loved reading it. The author was jovial in his writing and pointed out important facts that are often overlooked by working class people. The book was perfectly edited. I did not find any errors in the book. The author wrote with the interest of readers at heart. I could feel the concern for people in his words.

I would recommend this book to young people who still have a lot of time to plan and prepare for retirement. They have more advantages. People who are preparing to retire will also benefit greatly from this book, as it will help them make the right decisions. The author also pointed out that it is not too late for people who are already retired to make a better plan, so people who are already retired will likewise benefit from this book.
